Constructify Safety app for iPhone and iPad

Constructify Safety is a full suite of safety tools for your phone. It allows anyone to complete Risk Assessments, Incident Reports or Toolbox Talks. This app is for anyone involved in monitoring and improving safety, especially on a construction site. Reduce paperwork and complete safety tasks quickly.

The software comes bundled with professional PDF templates for all three modules. These can be printed or emailed straight from the app.

The Risk Assessment component of the app allows the user to identify a risk, record control measures and assess the level of risk before and after. A default risk matrix is included with the app, however the user could also load the one that their company uses.

The Incident Report component allows an incident to be recorded with many available fields to record details, injuries, causes and controls. Photos of the incident can be captured.

The Toolbox Talk functionality allows the user to document a full toolbox talk for a work site. All participants can sign off on the topics discussed and a full PDF report of the talk can be printed or emailed straight from the app.
